Information regarding the processing of personal data

 

                  According to art. 13 para. 1-2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on protection data) (Official Journal of the European Union L 119, p. 1) - hereinafter referred to as RODO - we would like to inform you that:

Your personal data will be processed for several different purposes, i.e. for the correct implementation of contracts concluded with us, for tax purposes, and may also be processed for claims arising from civil law provisions, if they arise. (It should be remembered that the term "contract execution" also includes actions taken before concluding the contract, at the request of the data subject, if they are necessary to conclude the contract).
Providing your data is voluntary but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
You have the right to access your personal data, move it, correct it, request it to be removed or object to your special situation.
If you believe that your personal data will be processed contrary to the legal requirements, you have the right to file a complaint to the supervisory body, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
The legal basis for the processing of your data is art. 6 par. 1 lit. b of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on data protection) (Journal of Laws of the EU No. L. of 2016 No. 119, page 1) - hereinafter referred to as RODO, (ie the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract to which you are party or to act upon your request before the conclusion of the contract), art. 6 par. 1 lit. c RODO (ie processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation that is incumbent on us, such as the archiving obligation) and art. 9 par. 2 lit. f RODO (ie processing is necessary to establish, assert or defend claims).
The recipients of your personal data will be those entities to whom we have the obligation to provide data in accordance with applicable law, including the Tax Office, as well as entities providing accounting, transport, courier and mail services to us, as well as legal services.
Your personal data will be processed by us all the time, through which the contract will be performed, and also later, ie until the expiration of the period of limitation of any claims arising from the contract and in connection with the implementation of the archiving obligation.
Your personal data will not be processed in the form of profiling.
